Juanita Monaghan intends to honor her many teachers by enthusiastically imparting what she has learned through several years of practice. A devout student and practitioner of Yoga in its many forms, Juanita maintains a lighthearted, laughter-filled approach to teaching, Knowing that each person is unique and different each day, she tailors the class experience according to the students’ abilities. She espouses the Yoga philosophies of acceptance, contentment, surrender, compassion, joy and detachment in her challenging yet relaxing classes. She is a certified Yogafit instructor.
